RETURNS
All unused goods can be returned within 14 days with the buyer paying shipping
Refunds will be provided as long as the products ordered are in good condition. With the exception of toothbrushes, razor blades and mestruale cups.
Shipping cost for the wrong items will be covered by Ecoruky Ltd, so long as they are shipped via the recommended method.
If an item is damaged or faulty, we provide a free replacement.
